After roles in Customer Service and later providing Director-level PA support in academia, Tom Lingard launched The Remote Assistant in August 2021 (a lockdown baby!). Initially focused on providing high-level PA and administrative support to small business owners, we have since expanded to support Small Business Owners, Consultants and Higher Education Institutes and their multiple workstreams.
